There is ten (10) $10,000 (Canadian $) Grand Prizes available to be won. This Grand Prizes are through a Sweepstakes Draw from all entries. Grand Prize Draws will be conducted on the following dates from all eligible entries received up to 11:59 pm EST the night before each draw: July 4, 2023; July 18, 2023; August 1, 2023; August 15, 2023; August 29, 2023; September 12, 2023; September 26, 2023; October 10, 2023; October 24, 2023; and November 7, 2023.
Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) $10,000 Prize. This will be delivered via a certified bank cheque or e-transfer to the winner. The value of each Grand Prize is $10,000 CAD.
There are a total of six hundred (600) $100 Daily Prizes available to be won. These (600) Daily Prizes are available for instant winning through timing of entry received.
The Daily Prizes will be awarded as a $100 Prepaid Grocery Gift Card usable at the preferred store (or related stores) as selected during entry. If your preferred store or chain (as selected during entry) does not carry Grocery Gift Cards or is out of stock of those, the prize will be awarded as a $100 Prepaid Visa Card.
For both the Grand Prize draw and the Daily prizes, entrants (if selected) are identified as a POTENTIAL winner. If you are identified as a POTENTIAL winner that means that we must validate your entry prior to you being declared an official winner. The first step in that process is validating your receipt. We must determine that your receipt is valid … that the scan or photo of your receipt is clear, that it hasn’t been previously submitted with a different entry, and that it shows the store name, the date and time of transaction, and that one (1) participating product that has been purchased during the contest period.
Reasons for rejections may also include, but are not limited to: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection system; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, not from a participating store or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (v) has been previously used; (vi) does not include the Participating Products, the correct number of Participating Products or is not during the Contest Period; or (vii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.
On the entry page you will be required to provide your first and last name, mailing address with postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. You will also need to provide a photo or scan of a single receipt, clearly showing the participating store name, the date and time of transaction, and at least the one (1) participating product (outlined in the rules and regs section) that has been purchased during the contest period. Your receipt MUST have one of the participating products on that receipt – products of a different size or configuration than those listed in the rules are not valid.
On the entry page you will be required to supply the proper information, along with a copy of your receipt showing participating product purchase. You will also be asked to submit your preferred store. If you have been selected as a POTENTIAL winner of a prize, you are not considered an official winner until your Receipt (or Essay for Mail-In entry) has been validated and verified and you have returned your signed and completed declaration that includes answering a mathematical skill-testing question.
If your entry is validated and you are declared a winner of a daily prize, the gift card that you will be sent will correspond to the grocery store/banner you selected during entry.
Participating Products for this program (subject to availability) are as follows. These are the only sizes and configurations eligible for entry: Yellow Box Cheerios TM 350g, Multi Grain Cheerios TM 342g, Honey Nut Cheerios TM 430g, Lucky Charms TM 300g, Cinnamon Toast Crunch TM 354g.
You may enter up to ten (10) times per person, but each entry is limited to one (1) per official Receipt or Essay submitted. For further clarity – A RECEIPT CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONCE. IF THAT SAME RECEIPT IS USED MULTIPLE TIMES, AND AFTER THE FIRST ENTRY IS A POTENTIAL WINNER, THEN THAT ENTRY WILL BE DISQUALIFED.
As well, there is a limit of one entry per household per day. That means if you have a second receipt, you must wait at least 24 hours before trying with that second receipt.
Please ensure the scan or photo of your receipt is clear, and that it shows the store name, the date and time of transaction, and one (1) participating product that has been purchased during the contest period.

As indicated in the rules and regulations, the end date is October 31, 2023. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday October 31, 2023. Entries submitted after the Contest Closing Time will not be accepted.
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry.
